Take three minutes to soak in some real #materialinspiration from Florence, Italy. CNN produced this beautifully-done, behind-the-scenes view of Antico Setificio Florentino - a silk mill that’s been operational since the Renaissance. To this day, they’re creating some of the world's most luxurious fabrics using the same wooden mills since the 1780s and even a machine made by Leonardo Da Vinci.

While our sourcing team works to showcase Antico Setificio Florentino on Le Souk, get inspired by the gorgeous silks of Proposte - our partner mill in Lake Como.
